Chocolate StrawberriesWhere are they made? Our chocolate strawberries are made in store, at our retail storefront at 481 W 6th Ave in Vancouver. We have full health permit approval and licence to operate. What is the process? Dependent on seasonal availability, we do our best to pick medium to large sized berries and make sure they are firm and fresh. Once sorted, the strawberries are then thoroughly washed & dried before dipping in Belgian chocolate. What chocolate do you use? We use the finest quality Belgian chocolate that we properly temper before dipping. This ensures the chocolate is stabilized and has a nice crisp bite. Do you have sugar free, dairy free chocolate? At this time we do not carry sugar free chocolate, but we do have vegan semi-sweet chocolate in stock. Please let us know during the order process if you would like this option. Are your chocolate strawberries nut free? Although there are no nuts in the chocolate itself, we do sometimes put nut toppings on the strawberries. If you have a severe nut allergy please let us know beforehand. Do you have gluten free or vegan options? All of our chocolate is gluten free, and so are most of our toppings. Our dark chocolate is also vegan. If you require any of these options please make a note on your order. Can you ship chocolate strawberries? At this time we cannot ship our chocolate strawberries outside of the Greater Vancouver area. Please check back soon as we intend to do so in the near future. How do I order? Orders can be placed directly on the website for same day until 12pm or pre-order. We also make a limited amount of chocolate strawberries every morning, so walk in orders are welcome. Do you have any waste? As an establishment that handles perishable products, we try to minimize waste as much as possible. We donate all of our left over fresh strawberries to Vancouver Food Runners, which is a local non-profit organization that distributes food donations to local shelters and food kitchens.

Fresh FloralsHow long do they last? As fresh florals are a natural perishable, we cannot guarantee the exact life span. With proper care, you can help increase their longevity. How to care for them? Some of our fresh floral arrangements come with wet floral foam, which supply the stems with water. Place the arrangements away from direct sunlight and keep indoors. Keep in a cool area. Add 1/2 cup of water into the floral foam every couple of days to maintain water level. Can you ship them? At this time we cannot ship our floral arrangements out of the Vancouver area, but hope to do so in the near future. Please check back for updates. Seasonal availability of fresh roses Depending on the season, some of the flowers that are shown in our product pictures may differ from what will be created for the client. We will always do our best to maintain the same value and color scheme for each order.

Local Delivery (Greater Vancouver & Lower Mainland)Greater Vancouver: We deliver to all cities within the Greater Vancouver area including but not limited to Vancouver, North-West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam & Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge. Delivery fee is a $20 flat rate for cities within 30km of our store, and complimentary for orders over $150. For cities further than 30km, delivery fee ranges from $25 to $60. We also deliver to Squamish, Whistler, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, White Rock and Mission. Please email us at orders@lafraiserose.com or call us to confirm a shipping price for these areas. Processing Time: All orders are processed immediately and will be delivered at the specified delivery or pickup date requested. Delivery Time: As we use a third party courier, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries will be between operating hours of 12pm - 6pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays. We will do our best to honour delivery times within a reasonable timeframe, but requested times are not guaranteed. During Holidays & busy occasions we cannot guarantee a delivery time but all orders will be delivered before 8pm. Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is not home during the delivery attempt, we will leave the package at the front porch if possible. If the recipient lives in an apartment complex, we will leave the package with the concierge or come back at a later date and time, with an additional delivery fee charged. Once it is accepted by concierge, someone at the recipient's address, or safely at the front door, La Fraise Rose will be waived from any responsibility of the package. Same Day Deliveries: We offer same day delivery for all of our chocolate strawberries if placed before 12pm. We are also on Uber & Door Dash. For flower arrangements, please call ahead to ensure we have available stock. Holidays: During major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Years etc, we cannot guarantee delivery times but all orders will be delivered before 8pm. Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes.

PaymentWe accept secure credit card payments through Square and Paypal. We also offer payment in installments through Afterpay, with no credit check required. Afterpay is available at checkout.

ReturnsWe do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our items. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know so we can work something out for you. If your order was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and email us right away, and we will investigate the matter and process your refund once we receive the damaged item.
