Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Vancouver and select surrounding areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Each order is hand-delivered to ensure your chocolate strawberries and flowers arrive perfectly fresh.
Can I schedule my delivery for a future date?
Absolutely. You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend placing your order early for holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, as delivery slots fill quickly.
How are the strawberries and flowers packaged?
Every order is handcrafted and elegantly packaged in our signature La Fraise Rose style. Chocolate-covered strawberries are arranged in refrigerated gift boxes, while bouquets are hydrated and wrapped for freshness.
Do you deliver outside Vancouver?
We currently deliver within Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, and select nearby areas. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Our drivers will attempt direct hand delivery. If no one is available, we’ll contact you or the recipient to coordinate a safe drop-off or re-delivery for an extra fee. We may leave with concierge or at the front door if we cannot reach the recipient.
Can I add a custom note or message?
Yes — you can include a personalized message at checkout. Your note will be printed on a complimentary La Fraise Rose card and delivered with your order.
Do you deliver to hospitals or hotels?
We do! Please ensure to include the room number, recipient’s full name, and contact number so our driver can deliver directly to the correct location.
How long do chocolate-covered strawberries last?
Our chocolate-covered strawberries are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of delivery for peak freshness. They’re made with premium Belgian chocolate and fresh local strawberries, so we recommend consuming them as soon as possible for the best taste and texture.
How should I store my chocolate strawberries?
Keep them refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Remove them from the fridge about 20–30 minutes before serving to let the chocolate soften slightly. Avoid leaving them at room temperature for long periods, as condensation can affect the appearance and texture.
When will my Valentine’s pre-order be delivered?
Valentine’s pre-orders are delivered within our designated Valentine’s delivery window, between 11am - 8pm depending on delivery area.
Will I know exactly what my gift looks like before it arrives?
Final designs will be revealed as part of our Valentine’s Collection. Each package is thoughtfully curated by our team to reflect the value and style of your selected tier.
Can I choose the flowers or chocolates included?
Pre-order packages are pre-designed to ensure quality and timely fulfillment during Valentine’s. Custom requests are not available for these packages.
Is this a physical product or a gift credit?
This is a physical Valentine’s gift package that includes flowers and chocolate strawberries, prepared and delivered during Valentine’s week.
What if I want to upgrade or add items later?
